Regular use:

The vest cools through evaporation. To activate, immerse it in water for 20 minutes. The hydrogel beads in the square compartments absorb the water and turn into gel. Then, wrap the wet vest in a towel to remove excess water. The vest is ready to use, but may be slightly damp. To dry the fabric, hang the vest. Once dry, it will leave no traces of moisture on your clothes.

Heavy use (ice):

For more intense cooling, place the vest (unfolded) in the freezer. After 8 hours, the hydrogel compartments will be completely frozen, providing an additional 2 to 3 hours of intense cooling depending on the vest model. Once the ice melts, the evaporation process resumes.
